Thank you for making ArtsWalk 2013 a great success!
All of us at the Columbia County Council on the Arts wish to give such a great round of thanks to everyone who made ArtsWalk 2013 such a success-- Every artist, volunteer, sponsor and visitor was a beautiful thread which, when woven together, became the beautiful tapestry which was ArtsWalk! We thank you ALL so much for your participation in the many events which we hope offered something for everyone and we thank you for your continued support which makes it possible for us to continue in our mission of producing enriching programs that advance the arts and engage our community's residents and visitors.

The CCCA produces over 6 themed shows in our 209 Warren Street, Hudson gallery as well as a variety of solo show venues, special events and opportunities for member artists. CCCA, through ArtsWalk Literary, supports novelists, essayists, biographers and poets. An annual Student Playwriting Program gives area students an opportunity to write and perform their very own short plays before a live audience. Themed shows are held throughout the year for emerging and established artists. An Annual Juried Show, held at the Hudson Opera House, celebrates the diversity and quality of work produced in Columbia County. Throughout the year, workshops are offered in photography, art and more. Arts in Education - developing arts education in the schools through workshops, tours and assessment of needs. Linda Arnaud Memorial Fund Individual Artist Award - Annual award to an artist who works in oil, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media or photography. The Community Arts Grants Decentralization Program (DEC) - for Columbia and Greene Counties. Funded by New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), it includes three grant categories: 1. Community-based not-for-profit organizations, 2. Conduit-Artist Project Support and 3. Individual Artist.
